E3 2017 is almost here and there have been many games which have surprised us as many others which have truly made us anxious for their release. While there is a nice collection of platform-neutral games launching like Destiny 2 this time around; but, PS4 Exclusives at E3 2017 should be enough to get you giddy.
There are several games which had been announced at last year’s E3 and many which have been in between. This year’s list is based off of the most anticipated games and the games we thought we wanted to see more of.
PS4 Games at E3 2017
God of War has been teased with a 10-minute gameplay and we’re excited. There’s a lot to expect from the newest GoW game at E3 2017, we may possibly see more gameplay footage of the game or better yet, get a launch date. However, the most probable scenario for the game’s release is late 2017 or early 2018.
If you haven’t seen the gameplay video already, it may come as a surprise that Kratos has turned into a somewhat wrinkly old man who is (if not more) badass.
Days Gone hasn’t really been discussed by the company a whole lot since the E3 2017 gameplay trailer. While we already that the game should be out Late 2017, or specifically on the 29th of December, there have been no developer updates.
This zombie-slaying action game will feature PS4 enhancements and it’s SIE Bend Studio’s first game to make a name for themselves. We know that the game has a fully functioning 24 hour day and night cycle along with a functioning weather system.
There will also be a focus on the looting, scavenging and scrapping together cars, searching buildings and a lot more, giving it a typical zombie survival game type feel. So far we don’t know whether or not Days Gone will have a multiplayer mode or not, though we may find out at E3 2017.
Spider-Man 2017 has been on the minds of the Marvel fans for a while now. Since its announcement at E3 2016, the developers have kind of blacked out on us, revealed not a lot about the game. There are a few things we know so far and for many other things, we will have to wait and see.
What we know about the game is that it will feature an open-world with a large, explorable map. There are a few more things which are being introduced in the game, one of which include parkour. Whether or not you’re a fan of Spidey, going around New York doing parkour and kicking bad-guy butt is pretty exciting.
The release date for Spider-Man 2017 is yet to be announced but we get to know a lot more at E3 2017. Being a PS4 exclusive, it’s definitely something to check out if you own the console.
Red Dead Redemption 2 will not be out this year. Fortunately, however, the game will get some more news and details at E3 2017. We know this for a fact because GameStop confirmed this. Other than that, the developers are due for some reveals anyways.
You should be able to play Red Dead Redemption 2 anywhere from Q1 2018 to Q2 2018. It’s a high possibility that we may get a specific release date for the game at the Expo though, we shouldn’t really keep our hopes up.
While RDR 2 isn’t a PS4 exclusive because it will also launch for the Xbox One with a possibility of a PC launch later down the line, we believe it deserves to be on every E3-related list.
We will keep you updated with E3 news, stay tuned.
